Send the problem, not a spec

Tell us who you are trying to reach and what is in the way. We will come back with what it would take to solve, roughly what it would cost, and whether we are the right people for it. If we are not, we will say so.

What people ask before the first call

What kind of work do you take?
Products where more than one kind of user has to be served at once, usually because one of them does not read Korean. What we have shipped: a community app for foreigners in Korea, an English-first marketplace joining them to local sellers, a consulting tool that prices phone contracts in seven languages, and a forms tool that turns a Korean document nobody can read into questions anybody can answer. Greenfield builds and products that already exist and have stopped scaling both count.
What will it cost, and how soon can you tell me?
We will not quote before a short paid discovery, because a number given before anyone has read your data model is a guess wearing a suit. Discovery is scoped in days, not weeks, and it ends with a written scope, a range, and the parts we think you should cut. If the range does not work, you keep the document and owe us nothing further.
How long does an MVP take?
Every product on our work page went from nothing to a live MVP. What sets the timeline is rarely the code: it is how quickly decisions get made on your side, and how many languages the thing has to speak on day one. We will tell you which of your requirements is the expensive one before you commit to it.
Do you run it after you build it, or hand it over?
Either. We operate what we ship, on infrastructure we administer, and several of our products are still running under us today. If you would rather your own team took it over, say so in the first week and we build for that: documented, deployable by someone who was not in the room, and handed over rather than rented back to you.

Read what we have shipped and who built it. Both pages say more about how we work than anything we could put in a pitch.
