About Winner

Winner Oluwatomisin Apata (WOA) is an innovation and development policy consultant with a strong background in sustainability, project management, and intellectual property–driven development. Background

Winner holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Development Policy from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management. Her work spans international organizations, development institutions, and private-sector initiatives, where she has led and supported projects focused on sustainability, technology transfer, and capacity building for underserved communities.

She brings a multidisciplinary perspective that combines legal training, policy analysis, and practical project execution.
